What counts as a logged change? +
A rating change, a free tier being added or removed, or a price change to an existing tool's pricing tiers — each with a date and, where available, a stated reason.
Why is this page empty (or sparse)? +
This tracking only started recently — we don't retroactively invent a history of changes that weren't actually logged at the time. What you see here is exactly what's been recorded since tracking began, no more and no less.
Does an empty entry for a tool mean nothing has ever changed about it? +
No — it means nothing has changed *since this log started*. A tool could have changed its pricing or free tier long before this page existed; that history wasn't captured.
